In 1999 Dice702.com was founded as a site selling collectable Las Vegas casino chips. We also sold poker chips but they did not sell well till the poker boom around 2002. Poker became so big that we needed to build a brand new site just for poker chips. In 2004 Apache Poker Chips was launched and to this day remains the Internet’s top site for buying the highest quality poker chips.
2004
Our first poker line was the Apache Casino chips made by Chipco. This is the reason we are called Apache Poker Chips.
2005
Around 2003 Paulson stopped selling chips to the public. What really made us a poker powerhouse was when we negotiated a deal to start selling Paulson chips to the public again. The 2005 James Bond chips were the first line available for home use.
2006
TR King is the one chip maker that is missed the most. Since the 1920’s they made chips the old fashioned way. The Deadwood chips are one of the last chips ever made by TR King.
2007
The movie Casino Royale was released in 2006 and had a very famous poker game scene. I still remember walking the floor at the G2E convention and finding these chips at the show. I told the Cartamundi sales rep I needed every set they had. These chips went on to be one of our best sellers ever.
2010
Now that Paulson no longer sells to the public it seems like a very long time ago that you could have bought custom Paulson chips from us. We were the one and only website to sell them. The chip pictured was made for Dan Bilzerian. The Mill Ball is their $1,000,000 chip. He is one of the only people in the world that actually uses this chip in a cash game!
2010
After Paulson stopped making the Pharaoh chips in 2009 our friends at the Chiproom brought this classic line back to life. These are the first China Clay chips and till today remain our best seller.
2016
In 2015 Paulson stopped selling to the public. We are sad they stopped selling to us but this has inspired us to search for new and better products. One thing you can count on is that when they do sell to the public again Apache will be the first website to have them again.
As you can see by our work we are very passionate about poker. Many other websites sell poker supplies and chips but for them it is just a job. For Apache it is a way of life.
